Following the introduction of the initial 26.5-acre development phase, Costa Ladera will announce numerous subsequent development projects including but not limited to the following:
Equestrian Center – The Stables at Costa Ladera will be a full-service equestrian center and veterinarian hospital offering boarding stables, a training facility and miles of natural riding trails for enthusiasts and visitors alike.
The Arroyo Village – Located just east of Highway 1 on the north side of the hillside, a collection of affordable attached housing options adjacent to the Equestrian Center will offer one- and two-bedroom condominiums and row houses priced from the mid $200,000s (US).
Hospital / Continuing Care Facility – An American-owned and operated hospital campus will be built, offering complete medical services including a 40-bed hospital, elective surgical procedures and an adjacent retirement community with a full range of care options. This full-service facility will provide care at a fraction of the cost of U.S. facilities, along with a luxurious retirement community for senior generations.
Hillside Residences – A community of single-family hillside residences, villas and custom home sites with commanding views of the Pacific Ocean will be located on the hillside overlooking the master-planned community.
Retail/Commercial Park – As part of an emerging residential and hospitality district, Costa Ladera’s master plan will include opportunities for retail, residential services and commercial business uses.
