Phase One Development

As the first phase of Costa Ladera, a 26.5-acre oceanfront parcel will soon be transformed into a complete resort village including:

Baja Suites™ – 120 open one- and two- bedroom condominiums associated with the hotel, which range in size from 600 to 1,800 square feet, will be offered from the high $300,000s (USD). Baja Suites feature efficient in-line kitchens and come fully furnished in the décor of the hotel with a large outside room of 180 to more than 1,000 square feet. Owners of Baja Suites may enjoy their home as often as they choose as a condominium residence and when not in use, they may include their unit in a rental opportunity with the hotel.

Artist Suites™ – 120 open one-bedroom condominiums associated with the hotel, that are 450 square feet inside and 120 square feet on the exterior (total 540 square feet) will be offered from the high $200,000s (USD). Artist Suites feature all the comforts of resort hotel rooms and will come fully furnished in the décor of the hotel. Owners of Artist Suites may enjoy their home as often as they choose as a condominium residence and when not in use, they may include their unit in a rental opportunity with the hotel.

Village Square Town Homes – A limited collection of seven one-, two- and three-bedroom town homes ranging in size from 900 square feet to more than 2,800 square feet of interior and exterior living space will be offered from the $300,000s to over $700,000 (USD). Unique to Costa Ladera, the Village Square Town Homes offer views of the Pacific Ocean and the dynamic village square, a convergence of both the vibrant and serene.

High-Rise Condominiums – A collection of 360 condominium flats located within three distinct 24-story towers. Home plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom ocean-view residences ranging in size from 900 to more than 2,700 square feet and will be offered from the mid $300,000s to more than $1.5 million (USD). All condominiums will feature generous interior and exterior living spaces with breathtaking views of the Pacific.

Oceanfront Villas Fifty one- and two-level unobstructed ocean-view villas boasting more than 3,000 square feet of interior and exterior living spaces will be offered from the $800,000s to over $900,000 (USD). A collection of larger format villas of more than 6,000 square feet will be offered from $2.3 million (USD). All Oceanfront Villas will feature generous terraces with an infinity pool, an integrated hot tub and a built-in fire pit ideal for outdoor entertaining.

The Community Center at Costa Ladera – High above the shoreline with unobstructed postcard views of the Pacific Ocean, this recreational facility will offer a quiet lounge environment for residents and their guests. A true gathering place, the community center will also be available for private receptions and special events.

The Village Square – A dynamic town center will merge both private and public spaces with cafes, a prepared foods grocer and other convenient residential services surrounding a prominent water feature. The village square will foster an immediate sense of community complete with an art gallery, micro winery and numerous annual events ranging from classic car shows to festive holiday celebrations.

The Dinner Theater – A 150-seat performance venue will offer music, comedy and theatrical performances as well as monthly demonstration cooking from top chefs from both Mexico and the U.S.

The Artisan Center & Studios – Costa Ladera will celebrate the arts by incorporating 20 studios that will host artists-in-residence on a three- to six-month term, as they sell their work in the gallery and provide instruction for other residents as part of Costa Ladera’s continuing education curriculum.

The Micro Winery– As the gateway to Mexico’s burgeoning wine region, a micro winery and wine tasting venue will offer residents and visitors the opportunity to sample, blend, buy and even create labels for their own unique wine in a welcoming environment.

Tequila Tasting Bar- Celebrating Mexico’s wide selection of over 500 tequilas, this popular boutique will offer a variety of tastings.

The Continuing Education Center – An open-format classroom will feature a rotating series of continuing education options offered by local universities. Special guests will be invited to provide unique content and life enrichment opportunities.

The Hotel at Costa Ladera – Costa Ladera will host Ensenada’s finest 240-room, all-suite hotel offering five-star hospitality and dedicated event planning services. The hotel will be operated by a highly experienced, world-class hotel management team to be announced soon.

The Convention Center at Costa Ladera – The Hotel at Costa Ladera will offer 39,000 square feet of convention space and meeting rooms for private and corporate functions, which combined with the all-suites hotel and spa, will provide a new destination for business retreats. The comprehensive resort attractions and resources will provide corporations and private parties a compelling location for U.S. events and conventions.

The Health & Wellness Center – At the heart of Costa Ladera will be the Wellness Center – a state-of-the-art, 20,000 square foot spa and fitness center offering destination health and wellness services including a complete gym, a cardio room overlooking the Pacific and instruction in yoga and Pilates.

The Spa and Salon at Costa Ladera – This 12,000 square feet, luxurious day spa and salon will feature therapeutic pools, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and an expansive menu of treatments from soothing massage to blissful salon services.

The Pool at Costa Ladera – With one of the largest terraces in Baja,  residents and guests will enjoy the choice of an inviting main pool, a refreshing infinity-edge salt-water pool and one designed especially for children, all serviced by an outdoor cafe.

The Restaurants at Costa Ladera – Costa Ladera will feature several restaurants ranging from casual fare to signature ocean view dining featuring five-star Baja-Med cuisine.
