Costa Ladera

New home reservations at Costa Ladera are offered as a convenience for all prospective homebuyers seeking to secure a condominium home before the public marketing and sales debut, scheduled for spring 2008. This simple, non-binding reservation program provides homebuyers the opportunity to reserve their priority position to make a future, unit-specific reservation and eventually confirm a purchase and sale agreement on that home, just as soon as it’s officially released for sale.

At this time only preliminary property information, including initial floor plans, general specifications and price ranges are available for early homebuyers’ consideration. A Priority Agreement is offered in exchange for a fully refundable deposit of $10,000, which is held in trust with Stewart Title. Once unit-specific information is available by early 2008, priority reservation holders will be contacted in the appropriate sequence to make a unit-specific reservation.

All reservations are offered as a convenience to early homebuyers and therefore they remain completely discretional and may be cancelled at any time for a full refund of the deposit.

Prior to the official public sales release during 2009, unit-specific reservation holders will be provided with final floor plans, detailed specifications and confirmed pricing as well as the Public Offering Statement to review. At that time, reservation holders may decide to pursue a Purchase and Sale Agreement or cancel the reservation and be refunded their deposit.
